    I paid for 1 Month license.But to my disappointment,it does not work!. Al the devices continue to work as usual. No device has changed speeds or lost internet connectivity. Really disappointing. I need my money refunded back ASAP. Thank You!

    Hello Voldemortt,

    please let me know your order ID to refund.
    Are you using windows or Android version? Android Version needs root.

    Pro membership only give you access to netlock. and bulk speed limit. it will not work if you are not running under ROOT, even paid.

    How to root please as I have the same problem the difference that I bought it for one year?
