I notice the screenshot you give is 1.1.5, that “has no JAIL ” tab.

Can you make sure install the latest one? because since 1.1.6 , we add “Jail” tab.

Did you removed netcut? try to reinstall and run it? then see if you can find the files.

Not sure how did you installed netcut for android.

Are you running something moving netcut’s storage location or modify netcut apk itself ?

if possible please try run it on a clean root phone and let me know.

Hello Abn,

That folder should be created by android OS when you Install netcut.

It’s strange it is not there. all I can say is try to do this

1. uninstall it.
2. REBOOT phone
3. Install it.
4. RUn it

5 verify the /data/data/com.arcai.netcut folder exist.

if still not exist. You might have something in your phone wired. try a different phone.

Abn, that /data/data file is generated by your phone when install netcut. not by netut itself.

Something wrong with your phone. I assume.

Abn,

I assume somehow your netcut been installed on your SD card not local storage. this can be proofed by looking at your SD card storage, see if any folders like data/com.arcai.netcut exist. or apps/com.arcai.netcut

Have you run any apps that does moving application storage?

Netcut has to be run from internal storage, NOT from SD card .

Abn, those files are generated by OS when install netcut. the OS create the /data/data/com.arcai.netcut/files/ folder.

and when netcut first time run, it create netcut.log.

So there is nothing I can give you to download and apply for.

Have you tried on a different phone or tablets ?

There are few files been created during setup netcut

folder
/data/data/com.arcai.netcut/ ,
/data/data/com.arcai.netcut/files/

those two folders were created by
your phone. please try to create this folder , you can do it through abd shell, or any file managers

Once you created those two folders, try run netcut , see it works.

My thoughts, something edited netcut’s internal setting , that cause it run from non-standard location, and that location does not allow ROOT command to run. which is why netcut on your phone keep connecting to service and hang.

I would do a reset of your phone to have a clean root phone then reinstall . below is the latest one 1.1.9

remove a root and all apps with root

and then install root and net cut

..no new

I would do a factory reset(backup your stuff), some apps run with ROOT can hide very deep.
