im already buy a pro version for 1 years. and now very disapointed, not showing who is connecting to my network can any one help me? im using laptop windows 10 and samsung s7 edge rooted, both of the device dont show who is connected to my wifi network..
in laptop win 10 the records tab detecting who is connected, but not showing in users tab.-

you might be connecting to a guest WIFI network. which disable user talk to each other. netcut dont work in this kind. usually home wifi don’t jenable this. since your smart devices will also not work in guest network.
can you try a different WIFI network?
