Netcut requires a full reinstall every reboot to work.
When reinstalled it shows all devices connected but after the reboot suggested in the installation it shows 0 devices. -
Can you open a command line and run
cd c:\program files(x86)\arcai.com\
netcut_windows.exe
see what’s the output ?
your system anti virus might need to whitelist netcut_windows.exe

Running that command line results in “Creating key failed”

that is ok. try to run it with admin right command shell ?
when you run this command, and click on
https://www.arcai.com/netCut/s/
does the page shows your network ?

Running that command and clicking that link doesn’t show my network.
