None of the users are showing up, only my computer and router show up. It used to show all the connections. I am using a powerline ethernet adapter.

are you on a guest WIFI network? some WIFI router setup users can’t talk to each other (guest network). this way netcut not be able to detect other user. none of tool can detect.

I do not have a guest network meaning im directly connected to the main network.

are you be able to test this in a different WIFI network?
I think your ether adapter connecting to a switch has been applied mac filter.
