Hi. I bought a pro version of the program in order to cut speed, but I can’t do it.when I try to cut the speed of the victim’s Internet drops completely but does not cut the speed.

Speed control is not a Pro feature, normal user can use that too. it just netlock needs pro feature.

there are certain phone can not use speed control. we are working on fix it. please email [email protected] with your Order ID to get refund.
