    Hello netCut users,

    Sorry for the inconvenience in the past few days, netCut has encountered some problems lately and we are working on fixing it, we are still recovering. but hopefully you can start to use it normally.

    1. If you can’t login, try to click on the refresh button to see if it works. but do not click it too much. our service may block your IP. every 15 minutes you can try once. Once you login in, you should be able to use netCut normally.

    2. if you still can’t login after refresh. please click https://www.google.com/search?q=what+is+my+ip+address and let us know your IP address, we may need unblock it. just email to [email protected]

    3. We have given 5 days more free Pro to all existing pro members . so if your pro expired after June 15. you should see 5 days more in your account.
