"sql syntax error?" on purchasing 1year licence

The error popped up after confirming the payment through paypal, I have been billed the sun of 9.99$ off my paypal account but there is no indication that I’ll be receiving any activation details.

If necessary I’ll provide e-mail and receipt for the transaction.

I’m sorry if this was already answered in another thread but at the time of posting I did not find anything regarding an error on purchase.

I’d like to know what I am supposed to do at this time since I still did not receive any activation details.
