Subscription Expired

Hello,
I have to pay the yearly subps on 17 March 2020.
But when I checked netcut I see expired = true!

What is the solution?

Can you email me your paypal order ID to [email protected]

I will take a look. when you paid, is it pay to google sign [email protected] ? or arcai sign in QAISBSHARAT ?

I think when you paid you were not login in ? in that case, if you logout google sign, you should be able to use Pro. let me know if that is the case for you.

PayPal transaction ID was sent to the mentioned email.

I don’t really remember if I paid when I signing or not but when I sign out its still not PRO.
So in all cases, I see expired = true.
