1) make sure you have only one netcut installed and running, eg: only 3.0 netcut running. and reboot after run setup netcut.exe
2). Make sure you running latest version .
3), it works for wired connection too.

also , have you changed router ? some router set guest mode which dis allow scan

there is a scan button, hit that button if you can’t see devices you looking for

are they connected to same WIFI ? can you try a different network? also, you need to do a reboot after install.
