1. If hotspot does how show up. fix as

Fix:

1. Make sure the computer has wifi adapter.
2. Open a Admin CMD shell, then run following cmd

netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
netsh advfirewall reset
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

2.b . (if you don’t know how to open a admin cmd) followthis to do network reset https://kb.wisc.edu/helpdesk/page.php?id=70821

3. Check your Ethernet adapters, make sure it’s IP is DHCP(AUTOMATIC). if not, set it to use DHCP. some time bridged ethernet conflicts with hotspot

If your console shows can’t connect to arcai router. or after connected the speed shows very slow.

Fix: try to wait 1 minutes , then re-setup the wifi connection from your console to arcai router. this issue happen when you first time run arcai router or right after your reboot computer. give it 1 minutes to start up.

start with small lag value, ie: 1000 then increase by 1000 each time, increase and test
most game will have a value to 1, give up resent , 2 timeout client and mark you offline
so before that value, you may be able find something suit

Question: I connect just fine I’ve reset my computer 4 times now nothing shows up in the shop it shows me logged in its been working fine for the past months but just until a couple days ago it started doing this .. And the active plans aren’t popping up Under my login. I’ve Uninstalled and reinstalled everything and still nothing

Is your system Time correct ?
please make sure your system time is real time. or your computer won’t be able to load accounts.

Setup satic IP for console

Setup:
Both your PC and PS/Xbox wired to your home router or home Switch.

Then at your PS/XBOX. you setup static IP/Gateway/DNS as

Gateway: 172.16.8.1
DNS: 8.8.8.8
mask : 255.255.255.0
your PS4/PS5/Xbox can use IP as 172.16.8.11 or 172.16.8.12 172.16.8.13 and so on

then

your PS/XBOX will be using interent via arcai router wired connection.
