1.6.8 are the same as 1.6.5 in term of speed control. We know there are certain phone can not work. We are working on new way to control it.

Is your router connected to ISP modem? Can you logon to your router take a look status?
Has any router settings been changed recently?
The problem you stat does not seems related to necut if netcut already been removed.

try to reboot your router . and disable netcut’s defender option. also, if you have uninstalled netcut 3.0. please do a reboot after. so in summary.
1. try reboot your wifi router.
2. if not works, uninstall netcut and reboot your PC. -
you can buy via google pay. download netcut from google play. then click on buy one month. or one year . through pop up google payment. you can setup . I think google payment have more pay method than paypal.
