Can you give a screenshot of the CUT off page? and screenshot of Log History, you can get log history by “click on the right most tab”

How do you verify cut off not work ? can you post a screenshot of the cut off screen?

Are you running win7 ? win10 ? when you click “Log history at the right most” does it show ” Netcut running under Admin” ?
