    You just need to click on Refresh button inside netCut pro tab.

    Looks you already have an username account on arcai.com , in this case, you just need to login into netcut Pro membership.

    Hmm, I am using netcut on windows10 every day. it is working.

    Has netCut ever working in your network?

    when you say it is not working, do you mean speed limit not working? or CUT OFF not working?

    Can you try to verify that by cut off a device of your own phone or pc ? if it is on PC, you can verify if you can still user internet by ping. some app use cache that confuse user it might be still online. some phone automaticly switch to 3/4 G network when WIFI is not usable. keep that in mind.
