    You can try to login into netcut Pro in netcut pro tab use your arcai.com login. it should show your membership status in good two year length.

    try to change to a different WIFI network? some WIFI network prohibit user talk to each other. netcut does not work in this type of WIFI network.

    or try to use Cable network, netcut will be able to find other users

    Attacker: yes means someone running some tools to try to disable or watch your internet traffic.

    Protect: Yes. Means he is running netcut.

    It does not means he knows you, it only shows there are someone else running netcut as you in same network.
