thank you for helpping test. I add some status text to the bottom , just to catch why it still fail. if it fail again, please let me know the status text.
also, better remove old version , reboot and then install.

Can you try to uninstall and reboot, then reinstall ?

This can be done through support. You need need to give me your Current account ID and new phone’s account ID. we can make it self-service in the future. but for now this what we can do.
