for windows 10 netcut, it is working fine, you just need make sure you netcut is running as Admin , and select right netcard.
I just tested , working fine.
If not running as admin, it might give errors or not be able to detect other users.

Samtham, I think you are chosing wrong adapter(netcard), try to change it to the one that shows with IP. not the one with 0.0.0.0.

is your xiaomi rooted? is it work on other device?

yes, do you mean 1.0.24 works ?
what’s the problem when you run 1.0.26? like, does it show IPs?
is it not CUTTING OFF? try to regrant ROOT access. sometimes you need to reinstall in order to work.

1.0.24 has bug, please download 1.0.26 the last version.
