you only need to run debug when having problem and like to see output log. debug version run much much slower than normal version.
normal release version has no output.

hmm, netCut should not cut itself. can you try to do a reboot of your PC “real reboot, not close lid and reopen, sleep and wake up”. click on the POWER reboot.
worse case, you can uninstall netcut, and reinstall when you back online.
