I think someone was using netcut preventing me to use the service
anyway it works now
thanks for your support -
when I click on google login in another window opens to enter my password after that it disappears and nothing happens
when I use Arcai login in also asks to me inter my user name and password then nothing happens
for Ping, it gives me request Timeout many times and one time I got a reply -
I tried many times even I uninstalled netcut and reinstalled it but I can’t log in
