Yes, I am using netcut from the link you sent. But I keep getting the following “Expire Time:12/12/2019, 10:45:59 a.m.
Expired: Yes” and I can’t use any pro features. I tried refresh and relogin many times.

I did that and in membership in “arcai.com” I get an error that my account expired in 01 Jan 1970 and in netcut I get an error that my pro account expired today the exact hour that I bought subscription. I sent you an email with my user and order id. Could you please kindly check? Thanks
