I did also, and I got one refunded.

Now onto a different issue. I haven’t logged in for a few days, but when I try now, after logging in I still get ads, even though I have paid for a membership.

I click on pro to login, and it links to your one month free promotion, with no way to login with my current 1 year license.

Hello,

Did you see this where my bank is saying I’ve now paid twice and twice funds were taken out of my account. Please refund one of these payments. I posted a couple days ago, but maybe you didn’t see the below.

When earlier I mentioned I had paid for pro, but could not login, I went and paid again. However checking my online banking, it looks like I did indeed pay twice.

Also, I went to access the program in my browser, and once again I could not and had to go to download latest version, even though I already had the latest version. All these bugs need to get worked out. Thank you.

OK thank you. I see the refund in paypal.

Today I was not forced to download latest version and everything went smooth. I also didn’t have to once again login for pro version.

I will reply here if there are any more issues, if there are not, I will happily use the software and not be reporting back.
