    Yes, the netcut pops the phone’s speed and data used.

    It shows up the maximum speed even when it’s limited to 250 kbps.

    Okay. I did all of that. Uninstalled netcut and removed all of the files in arcai.com and reinstall the whole thing. When I tested it by limiting the speed of my phone to 250kb/s, I could still get close to our maximum speed (around 9-10mb/s)

    I have cleared my browser cache (Cookies and other site data & cached images and files) but it’s still not working.
