yes that’s it as in my example given I can control the connection or even cut it on my console while my cell phone impossible the connection controller and cut the connection does not work yet the device is detected

So my speed controller does not work on all my devices I explain I cut the connection on my laptop via netcut however it is still connected while my console it when I cut the connection it is cut it no longer has internet
