I also have very similar issues with this as mine also sometimes shows that devices are ‘disconnected’ but in fact are actually connected and online. I also cannot correct control some devices to be ‘jailed’ or even if i use certain times, for cut-off…. please can developers or support staff of arcai products, please address these basic problems and let us users know some fixes? thank you in advance
I have the same issue after more than 5 days …. payment taken via paypal so I know transaction went through … no email details to confirm … who can we contact at ArCai.com ?
