Please help me !!!

    Just download netcut app on my laptop and already installed it. The problem is when i open the app it seems the app cant detect any of my devices in my wifi. Already tried to click the refresh button but it doesnt work its never happen before usually it can detect my devices. Oh if you want to say to re install it already done it but the result is the same im so sad, need someone help to fix my problem pleaseee !!!

    there is “log information ” at the right most tab, does it says loading ? or scanning?

    if it says loading, please wait a few seconds, if not load after 10 seconds, you can try to reload the whole page at http://www.arcai.com/netCut/s/

    It says loading and i just tried the solution that you gave but still nothing happened. Still need solution please admin

    type in

    Of course i download the latest one but i dont know why this problem happened to me i already tried to re install my necut many times but still it cant be used
