if netcut not running well,please try to do a reboot, if it still problem.

1. inside a admin shell, run

net stop aips

2. download this http://www.arcai.com/download/debug.zip

3. unzip into c:\program files (x86)\arcai.com\

inside the new package file, there should be 4 file

netcut_windows.exe
msvcr120d.dll
msvcp120d.dll
debug.bat

4. Run debug.bat under the administrator cmd shell.
then post the output.

also, note: after you run the debug. you need to reinstall netcut.exe otherwise, it will not run automatically next time.

please paste the output to here to get support

1. make sure you did reconnect them in netCut. set them into guest , or my user.

2. if still not work , reboot those devices and router.

please clear browser cache, or run https://www.arcai.com/netCut/s/ incongnito mode, see if it resolve the problem?

good question, exactly we are working on.

Pro function: netlock. speed limit all.
btw, we are changing into ensure the function are used by network owner to be responsive so network will be truly owned by home owner.

2. next release will include this speed in details. (combined up and down). the actual speed is 50MB, 10MB 1MB reflect to slider.
