    Can you mail [email protected] your order ID from paypal? we will take a look.

    also, did you login before buy ? or you just bought directly without login? if you just bought without login, the pro membership is with your PC ID , not login. you can find out this by goto netCut pro tab page.

    is your Pro membership with your login ? or is it shows as a PID? if your bought netCut after login , you can just login into another PC with same login.
