hmm, controlling speed has no difference between each packets. only thing is when you set the speed too low, some of the packets might be dropped. can you try 75% setting?

no problem, May I ask for details where the error appear? NDIS.sys is os network driver, netCut is two layer above it, netCut call winpcap –> NDIS.

Does netcut working well ?
