may I ask Where the 700Kbps show? is it at the meter shows at netCut or from the speed testing from the device it’s own?

The meter from netCut is Max spike over 30 seconds. not real time, due to the performance , we have to only show sample max speed in netCut meter. hope this make sense.T

can you give an example of the actual number you seen?

like when set it to 600KB speed in netCut ( this is combine upload and download together)

What is the device shows when do speed test? constantly ?

can you try windows version? android code is bit outdate, we are working on update it.

also, make sure your router turned off IPv6. most phone support both IPv4 and ipV6 that they switch over when blocked.

it has been reported before, the meter shows is spike avg 30 seconds. check at the device side, you will see it is cap under correct level.

we will update the meter info at later update.
