Also, from the netCut pro tab, when you bought pro, your ID should active already. unless you changed sign in method. in that case the pro membership transfer to new sign in.

right, it pick up the default adapter of your current network. in 2.1.4 you can select adapter. need to think though this. as lots of user found select adapter confusing.
on the other hand, I think you can still control other VPN user’s speed , have you tried ?

Please check your wifi router and disable IPV6 and disable AP isolation
