regarding the issue, does the netcut option display root enabled?

you can also use same netcut Pro membership with windows, just need to login same account (google sign in or arcai user) you used in phone netcut pro login.

The new netcut have same function.

ie:
1. List of internet users
2. speed control , shut off internet access
3. Jail
4. Netlock

3 and 4 only appear in netcut 3.0
