you just need to give your TV some time to reconnect back to WIFI, some device automatically does that. like most phone and laptop. if your TV decided to not use the WIFI, you might need to reconnect your TV to AP router.
what you can do is.
1. reboot your TV, so it can reconnect WIFI.
also, check netcut, make sure your TV is in the trusted user.

I think your ether adapter connecting to a switch has been applied mac filter.

are you on a guest WIFI network? some WIFI router setup users can’t talk to each other (guest network). this way netcut not be able to detect other user. none of tool can detect.
