    The UID you were using was 12258628 when you bought the Pro . when you so google sign or arcai login, it is a different UID.

    I assune you want to transfer the Pro account to your arcai login [email protected] ?

    try to do a reboot your PC when this happen.

    try to do a command

    ipconfig /flushdns

    then refresh netCut page.

    see if it works
