so you are cloning your Mobile’s MAC to your PC . all you need to do is to reset your PC’s MAC back to original.
the reason when your pc online, your phone can’t online is that they use same MAC. just reset your PC’s mac.
it can be done within netcut for windows.

are you cutting them or speed control them?
do you mean one same user when they been cut, they can not use some website, but still be able to use facebook , google?

you need to restart netcut as administrator user

You should be able remove netcut by just Click “uninstall netcut” inside netcut application folder.
There is an service AIPS might be still running after you uninstall it. you can disable it within
Right click on computer –> manager –> servivce –> select AIPS —> Disable .
