I don’t understand your last post , what’s the problem?

My thoughts, something edited netcut’s internal setting , that cause it run from non-standard location, and that location does not allow ROOT command to run. which is why netcut on your phone keep connecting to service and hang.

I would do a reset of your phone to have a clean root phone then reinstall .

Also, new version will allow Arcai.com member to login.
I suggest you login and this way you can transfer your membership with your arcai.com’s login. when your Phone MAC address changed. or transfer to new phone you can login to retrieve membership.

There are few files been created during setup netcut

folder
/data/data/com.arcai.netcut/ ,
/data/data/com.arcai.netcut/files/

those two folders were created by
your phone. please try to create this folder , you can do it through abd shell, or any file managers

Once you created those two folders, try run netcut , see it works.
