You need to ask the person UID.
if it is number based eg: 1234567 you can use the link like below. but replace 1234567 with his/her real number based UID.

if the person use arcai login or google sign in. you write email to [email protected], and requst for number based ID of that login. once you got that ID, you can proceed same as above method.

It simply means from your PC to arcai.com’s service network is not working. thus you can’t load ID. refresh the page should triger relogin. if it still not come up after 3 minutes. your network or firewall might be blocking
have you tried on other PC or on another network?
try do to run this command
ping login2.arcai.comsee if you got response. if you can’t get response reply. then you need to check your network.

it can not be done. you need to keep netCut running in order to control speed. if you have a spare low profile PC, you can run netCut from there.

if you be able to get response from login2.arcai.com, your netcut should perform well now. can you try refresh netCut page see if it back normal?
