click on the defender button switch to switch it back ON. when you see the status of your PC have “protected” it is then protected.
it is possiable the under layer netCut service process been killed by anti-virus, need to check and unblock netCut running. netcut_windows.exe

try to reboot your phone and your WIFI router.
also, if you have not uninstalled netcut, how did it ‘GONE’ ? when you reinstall netCut, you can select your phone and click resume (RED wifi) button.
most case, a reboot of your WIFI router and your phone should suffice.

disable AP isolation in your WIFI router. or connect to normal usage WIFI.

sounds are on a guest network.

it is tricky in a wifi extender part. what you can do is to make sure netCut connect to SAME extender as the device you trying to control.
