Hello, the problem still persist.
On the computer now the expiring date results invalid but Pro features are working, while on the phone I have the same problem as before, without Pro features. Phone ID is 2954708.

Same.
Seems that my login is hardware linked.
Is there a method to link it with the google or arcai login?
I used paypal with the same email adress

Arcai and google login display a “Load PRO account failed” error.
Both on chrome and edge browsers
