make sure your PC is connect to same SSID as the phone. otherwise you can only CUT. can not speed control.

Really sorry to see you encounter problems when run netcut. Pleas try this and copy paste the output to me. so I can do further help.

1. download the Debug.zip file from this email.
2. unzip it into c:\program files (x86)\arcai.com
3. run cmd.exe
4. inside the shell window created by running cmd.exe , run this line: “C:\Program Files (x86)\arcai.com\debug.bat”

if your windows pope up window asking for allow connection, select allow both private network and public network.

5. copy the output of debug.bat. you can do this by use mouse left button select the output text. and hit enter.

6. paste the output here or email to [email protected] to help you

click on windows icon

type cmd.exe

right click on it and select “run as admin”

you will be given a admin shell.

inside admin shell, you run debug.bat. it’s not a easy task I know.
