free version should still be able to cut . if it not working, please do a reboot,
and make sure your anti virus white list netCut and it’s folder at c:\program files (86)\arcai.com

if you found netcut_windows.exe is not running in your task manager, you might need check your anti virus setting and reinstall netcut.exe

When you paid to paypal, your account should have been upgrade to Pro automatically and the payment page should indicate your pro membership status/time , you should receive a paypal invoice email with your order ID. could you send me the order ID at [email protected] ? I will take a look .

what antivirus ,
what’s the problem it cause
what steps (1,2,3) took to address this problem?

it would be so useful for the rest . I think there are users are having same issue.
