It is not possiable without you have physical access to their PC or phone.
with current netCut you can see what KIND of internet activity they are doing. eg: youtube, netflix etc

just an update so everyone on same page. new releasee 3.0.119 fixed this issue.

the cut off should be instant. do you have AD blocker ? or browser some extenation , that may interupt netCut’s operation.

So you were using netCut before Augest 3, for how long (few days, weeks)? and it has no problem?
