    also, netcut does not force you to pay. normal user (non-pro) can still cut. just can not use netlock or bulk control.

    Can you try to reboot your windows and try again when you found it not work? is it no scan or no cut ?

    we are not aware of this issue. when a device not response the packet more than 60 seconds, it will be mark as offline. what you describe here seems netcut not be able to send out packet . are you using windows or android. when netcut not running under admin or root , it will not be able to send out packets.

    Your office might using guest network that user can not talk to each other.

    Try netcut for Windows and use wired connection
