    is your phone connected to ‘same’ wifi router ? or wifi extender?

    also, your phone might automatically switch to 4G data when wifi not usable. can you try to disable your phone’s data connection when testing WIFI ?

    Hello Truepeace,

    We are still working on Android update. will work on windows after. meanwhile, can you try to disable Defender see if it helps?

    Can you try 1.6.3 ? this version has been update to arcai.com

    will release to google play later.

    release note of 1.6.3:

    1. Fix WIFI connected but no internet.
    2. Fix bug some phone have invalid MAC address.
    3. Fix bug service binary error.
    4. Fix bug wrong pro UID
    5. Fix bug can not cut

    You are right! We be able reproduce in Android above 6.0 . Working on fix now.

    Strange, do you have old version or modified version netcut running on same phone? It might be occupied the service port while netcut can not .

    Try reboot and do not run other app than superSU, then regrant netcut root.

    Then run new netcut.
