Hello,

Did this happen during you CUT off ? or normal time?

there are case when cut off too many some router can’t hold that long.

new version will handle more smart way to cut off.

please let me know your order ID to refund.
Are you using windows or Android version? Android Version needs root.

Pro membership only give you access to netlock. and bulk speed limit. it will not work if you are not running under ROOT, even paid.
