Please try to find which version of netcut are you using? the latest version is 1.4.3 from arcai.com and 1.4.4 from google playstore.

You can try to remove the one you running and reboot, redownload from arcai.com to upgrade.

try to use windows 10. or make sure you run netcut setup as admin

netcut need to work at Layer 2 level. when your computer behind NAT , netcut can only talk to your computer and the router. that’s why it can’t work.

does your router support Bridge mode ? if not, you have to make sure the computer run netcut are within same Layer 2 network of your network.
