also, if you have not remove files under arcai.com folder. could you try click on netcut_windows.exe , see if it run ?

if it does run and quickly quit itself. please compress whole folder of arcai.com , and mail to [email protected], you will be given free Pro for one month for this. we need that file to check what went wrong

please remove uninstall, then remove all files under arcai.com folder at c:\program files(x86)\arcai.com, see if it helps ?

then reinstall netcut

I have verified the speed control does have spike longer than one seconds, it is due to the speed report and control calc differently. but CUT OFF does work as expected. if 0% CUT off not working. then I doubt you have something else than netCut routing packet .

ie: verify if your adapter has enabled internet sharing? and remote routing service is disabled. and do you have other software that might providing sharing internet sharing on your PC?
