    I’m having the same problem, in my dashboard says 5/28/2019, 1:51:44 PM: Load PRO account successful but I still see the pro as expired .-. I already pay for the service about two days ago and I don’t even have it.

    the same thing happens to me, I have devices in jail and are in red, but they still able to the internet connection, I mean they’re able to use the internet normally. I’m using windows 10 netcut and doesn’t work for me. How I get the refund?
