    Can you open a command line and run

    cd c:\program files(x86)\arcai.com\

    netcut_windows.exe

    see what’s the output ?

    your system anti virus might need to whitelist netcut_windows.exe

    Please try to uninstall netcut, reboot, then reinstall. when it asking for admin right, select “allow”.

    Hello Sphinxsco,

    as stat in our email, what you are paying is not our software service. I am not sure who and how they make you believe paying their software would enable you netCut pro membership. you can just buy netCut from inside netCut pro tab page.
