thank you TC88. this is good information. can you check the memory usage of netCut when this happen compare to normal time? I suspect queue up too much work.

two tests

1 . when this happen again, can you try to speed control your own devices (perfer a PC where you can have a command shell). and see if you can still ping out bound site, and what is timing. ie:

ping http://www.google.com

see if it goes through. if it not goes through at all.

2. another test is. when this issue happen. could you make a new device join same SSID netcut connect to, see if netCut can detect that new device?

btw:

two gateway entry and one mark as attacker means one user is spoofing and netCut defender start working by disable that user’s internet by default.

could you detail what happen when you click on google sign in or arcai login in netCut pro ? when you hit sign in, does the user interface give “login failed” ? or nothing happen? can you click on “status tab” beside pro tab, see what’s the log says ?

also, can you do a ping login.arcai.com from command line , see if you can get response?

another question, was netCut speed setting was to 6MB/s, when this happen, have you trid adjust speed ? how is the CPU usage at the time netCut shows?

hello Ahz, try to reboot your PC and login , the login service is working , tested.

do you mean netCut only works for 10-20 minutes , then became not response to any click / change request ? that you have to reboot PC?

In our testing, netCut been running over few days keep controlling few devices without problem. how many devices are you controlling at same time?

one thing that you don’t need to restart PC to reload netCut. you just need to restart aips service .
