so when you set speed of one device, it does not not move or ? trying to understand “it doesn’t let me change any of the devices settings”.

it usually happen when you have ad blocker, and it pop up a window remind you to remove ad blocker or buy pro.

when you disable ad blocker , please refresh page then try. also, if you have more than one ad blocker need to take care of all.

I like to make a debug version so it can print log on screen. are you be able to run command line under admin shell ?
